…. With Tesco! So what I hear you all sigh, but the difference is I refuse to consider it as only a trip to Tesco, and I got the war paint out, signature neck scarf and made as much effort in my appearance for my trip to Tesco as I intend to do every day of my life from now on in!
Since I have taken this approach to life, I have to confess to almost feeling naked without my slap on, and I absolutely have to fill in my eyebrows if nothing else! I have even become obsessed with paying far too much attention to other peoples eyebrows now also (yes, I am slightly mad).
To top it off, it wasn’t just your average trip to Tesco, the icing on the cake was a very nice gentleman bringing to my attention that I had a flat tyre…. Now, to most ladies, panic would now set in I am sure, but not for me. Here I was, dolled up to the nines (well not really, but looking a bit better than your average Tesco visitor – in my bias opinion), and I get out my mini compressor and pump up my own tyre. Now how is that for feminism!
So, here are a couple of head shots of me today, and I will give you some incite into how I achieved this look (apologies for the obvious lighting differences, one taken inside, one obviously outside).
So, today’s look has been brought to you by:
